We are at a critical point in time within the DNFBA organization and we need your help. Currently, we have 4 officer positions and 4 board of directors’ seats vacant in addition to little engagement from our members which has caused a decline in productivity of the organization.
Our next meeting will be February 8th, 2023 at 9:00 am in the Cataract Room within the Niagara Falls Convention Center. You do not need to be an active or paid DNFBA member to attend this meeting. We are welcoming any and all businesses within the downtown Niagara Falls community in hopes we spark great conversation and restrengthen DNFBA to benefit all of downtown Niagara Falls.
Our plan for this meeting is to fill the 4 open officer positions, and the 4 board of director seats, obtain new member commitments as well as briefly discuss the future of DNFBA and what members would like to see moving forward.
Should attendance not be satisfactory, the board of directors will be forced to disband DNFBA ending the almost 20 years of positive impact and benefits the organization has offered to the community. The existing board feels that businesses can come together and reestablish the strength this organization had prior to the pandemic.
Please bring your parking ticket to the meeting as your ticket will be validated for any city-owned lot.
